The Farmington Valley Rowing Club provides access to the sport of rowing to men and women of all ages and all abilities in North Central Connecticut. FVRA offers open sweep and sculling sessions to its members to enjoy the Farmington River, while benefiting from a full-body, low-impact workout. As an organization, we value teamwork and find joy in rowing for exercise and competition. We strive to be positive members of the local community.

Tuesday, February 21st – Flatbread Restaurant to Hold a Community Rowing Fundraiser

Every Tuesday, Flatbread Restaurant hosts a local non-profit for Community Fundraising night. Farmington Valley Rowing Association (FVRA) was selected to host a fundraiser at the Flatbread Restaurant in Canton, Connecticut.

On Tuesday, Febuary 21st from 5:00 – 9:00 p.m., Flatbread Company will donate a portion of their sales on each delicious flatbread sold. For those folks who like their pizza to go; this fundraiser will also include all take-out orders. FVRA volunteers will also be on hand to provide additional information about the organization’s community rowing programs.
