Weekly Practices & Weekend Races
The primary goal of the racing team is to bring together a group of highly motivated athletes who will work together to perform at their highest potential. The biggest determinant of success is commitment to the team and your personal improvement as a rower and athlete. The competitive team provides more time with the coaches, additional on-water practice, structured training workouts on land and on the water, and a focus on racing strategies and readiness. Racing team members have access to all racing privileges, services and equipment for the entire rowing season.
Due to COVID-19 the racing team is not practicing for competitive racing this year but working in singles as part of the FVRA sculling membership structure. We hope to get back to racing in 2021! Please email us with questions in the mean time.
